Frequently Asked Questions
How can I purchase tickets? Go to Crafternoonevent.com and select the ticket option for you available with debit or credit card.
Are seats reserved? Seats are open to everyone. If you are attending with a group, we ask that you all arrive at the same time and are seated together. Please do not save seats or turn away any other ladies looking for a place to sit (and maybe some new friends!). Thank you!
What should I bring? Get ready to relax and have fun with other local ladies. Dress in layers to easily adjust to the interior climate. Shopping tables will be open if you would like to purchase bakery items, retail products, pottery, etc. using debit/credit card or cash.
What if I don't want to pay by debit or credit card? Consider working with a friend who is also attending to get your seats. You can also purchase tickets by mail by sending a check to Kelly Brinkmann Ent., PO Box 62, Washington, MO 63090. Enclose a note with the attendee(s) names and once the check is deposited, you will be added to the registration list. You will receive a confirmation email as a receipt of your purchase. Note, online ticket sales are automatic, so mailing a check may mean tickets sell out before your check arrives.
What is the cancellation policy? Tickets are fully transferrable, but not refundable, so if your plans change, you may share your ticket with a friend or family member. Tickets may also be provided for an attendee in need of a gift ticket. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (ie: loss of power or snowstorm) Crafternoon may be cancelled and ticket purchasers will receive a full refund.
What are your photo and video policies? Crafternoon gathering (Crafternoon), Kelly Brinkmann Ent., LLC (KBE) dba Art & Souls Creative Studio (A&S) reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Crafternoon, KBE, and A&S without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. What if the weather is bad and Crafternoon is cancelled? If the event is cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled at a later date. Your tickets will still be honored. Stay tuned to your email address used when you purchased your ticket for any announcements.
I'm not in a position to afford a ticket right now. What can I do? Ask around to see if any friends are planning to attend and let them know about your need. If you need further help, Crafternoon may have a short list of gift tickets available that have been purchased by other attendees. Contact us at events@KellyBrinkmann.com to inquire.
